Pharos PT QEM1000 provides a solution for measuring External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) and Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE) in an AC chopped mode which facilitates most cell types. QEM1000 can be configured with options that allow the user to customize a special solution that meets their individual work needs for QE measurement.
QEM1000 allows customers to measure External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) also known as Incident Photon to Charge Carrier Efficiency (IPCE) or q uantum efficiency (QE) as well as Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE) for solar cells, detectors, or any other photon-to-charge converting device. Standard QEM1000 offer chopped AC mode for most sample types.
QEM1000 uses proven, durable pharos components to provide a turn-key solution include light sources, optical module, monochromator, calibrated detector, related electronics module, software and PC in a preconfigured, assembled.
In addition, an integrating sphere accessory can be installed which allows for more accurate diffuse reflectance measurement for IQE of textured surfaces of sample. The unique design of the system meets the requirements outlined in ASTM Method E 1021-06. Accessories are available to provide, such as positive sample positioning, temperature control, vacuum adsorption, electrical probing capabilities and light bias devices.
